my brakes keep seizing up when i drive making it really hard to push down pedal. I continue to roll for a delayed time . could it be the vacum pump as the lines seem to be clear and no blockages?

Simple rule of thumb here.

If problem with brakes then take car to mechanic immediately.

If you are not 100% sure what you are doing never attempt to do work on braking systems.
Check for loose clips near the Servo, Fliud! Is the Resoviour topped up? have you replaced any part of the brake system of late?
sounds like either one of the callipers is seized or maybe just the pad seized into its carrier in which case you may be able to remove the pads clean up & put copper grease on them,do both sides.you will need to find out which wheel is getting hot/binding to find out where the fault is check it after couple of mls,you may have to jack it up & spin the wheels.you say the pedal is hard if you cant find which wheel is binding then get it looked at by a mechanic as the person above said you dont want to mess with brakes.
if the pedal goes solid while driving it may be a vacuum problem with the servo
