Rover wheel nuts
I need to swap a wheel with the spare, on my mother in law's Rover 216.
It has alloys, and I have no problem with the locking wheel nuts. Unusually it is the others that stump me.
They appear to have a cosmetic shiny metal cover on them, which move slightly if wiggled. I can't see how to remove these. I have tried using the plastic device that takes the cover off the locking wheel nuts, but that doesn't work on these.
Do I just put the wheel brace over these and undo the nuts, or is there some clever way to get them off?
