i have something which isn´t a virus or a trojan, and seems impossible to shift. its called websearchs. it cant be found in my control panel either.

Websearch is a browser hijacker. You may remove it this way
Open Mozilla Firefox, Click on Tools menu (If tools menu doesn’t appear then press “F10″ key once to active the menu bar) then go to Options, after that a configuration page will be opened, then click on General tab and then look on the very first section named as Startup. Under Startup you will see a HOME PAGE Edit Box, under this edit box you will see www.Websearch.Search, please replace it with www.google.com, then click on apply and close.
Restart Firefox Browser

Use the free version of Malwarebytes as suggested.

I always recommend that when you've cleaned with Malwarebytes, turn off System Restore before restarting. Some nasties will reinstall themselves from System Restore.
After the restart scan again. Only when the scan comes back clean the turn on System Restore.

As I said earlier websearches is a browser hijacker. It is related to the search.conduit 'family'. You need to search your Add/remove programs in Control Panel for anything resembling conduit.
Then you need to again check your Firefox addons/plug ins for anything resembling conduit as.

By default, Windows 7 own firewall should be running on your computer. Here's how to turn it off and back on again:

However if you've installed a full security suite, such as Norton or the paid-for version of Avast, (rather than just a standalone anti-virus program) that software will have probably disabled the Windows firewall and substituted its own. You'd need to go into the settings for that security suite to disable/enable the new firewall.
