This one's not strictly in London but Lakeside is so easy to get to that it might meet your needs. (There's another branch at Enfield. See the link from this page):

(PS: I used to deliver cars for a living and I know this place well. All of the cars I delivered here came from reputable sources and seemed to be of good quality. I don't know, however, whether they were value for money because I never found out the prices they were going to be sold for!).
