my car cuts when i slow down or stop but starts again when i turn the ignition

i've had a few cars do this its always been the throttle housing needs cleaning, very easy to do get a mechanic to point it out to u take it off and clean with petrol or something similar but make sure you dont leave any bits of dirt in it, or if you cant be bothered chuck some injector cleaner in there, i always find it better to concentrate it a bit more than it says

its a seat 1300 hatch . good car but for this problem
