Sorry but the question is a bit vague - Are you installing a 206 radio into another car or a 206 radio into a 206 - ?? You may need a code for the radio for it to work. If you are installing a 206 radio into another car - the DIN plug/socket on the radio should just fit into the DIN plug/socket in the car. - You may have fused it getting it out - check on the back for a small fuse and check it's OK. Then check the cars wiring with a multi tester - you may have to turn the iginition on for this. Check there is power if so - the problem may be in the wires to the back of the stereo - check them all and that the connections at the back of the plug/socket are OK. DO you know for instance that the radio works and have seen it working ? If it's OK it's more than likely a code issue.
its another 206 radio into another 206, all the wires are fine because the old stereo works fine. there seems to be an empty hole with what appears to be where a fuse would fit so i'll try that tomorrow and get back to you. thank you!
depending on the radio, it might only work with a specific 206, so you cant take one radio out and put it in another car without letting the brain know that its been changed, which means taking it to a garrage to be changed
