When is the best time of year to buy a new car? Where will I get the best offer? I am thinking of buying outright, definitely not on credit!

Keep an eye open for promotions. The best time is near the end of the month as salesmen are keen to make a monthly target and will often do special deals to make up their numbers.

Yes! I have to agree with that. I bought a new one today. Traded in my older one but got a very good deal.
