Is there any technical minded member out there who might know why my Ford Fiesta after short trips has a water drip coming off exhaust box (not tail pipe)?
Suspect this may have something to do with heat coming off pipe, hitting heat shield and evaporating(?) Not noticeable after longer drips and definitely water not petrol!

some cars actually are manufactured with a silencer at the rear of the car with a small hole to allow amy steam/condensation to escape to avoid rusting the silencer from the inside out.
