Problem with dealer part 1
In June of this year i purchased a 2001 Seat Alhambra from a local used car dealer (who was recommended by a friend), we viewed the car on a Saturday and test drove it the following Monday and once again on the Wednesday, i was happy with the car apart from a few problems including a bad scratch on the passenger door handle, a missing piece of trim in the boot and the radio was missing, on the promise that all these problems would be sorted, we also asked if they could fit us a tow bar with single electrics for our camping trailer, we traded in our old nissan against the car which knocked us 500 pound off the asking price and he threw the towbar in for free (supposedly). The car would come with 12m mot 6m tax and a 6m warranty, so we paid a deposit and arranged to pick the car up the following Saturday, when it would be taxed valeted etc and ready to roll. When we picked it up on the Saturday it had not been valeted, the radio still needed fitting anddoor handle still needed painting. to be cont.....
