A few days a go I asked a question about OAP drivers;

People, including myself, keep whinging and whining about how bad some people are at driving. We all make mistakes, some minor but quite often some major, and I'm in no way saying that I don't. A lot of people have suggested ways in which we can re-test certain people.
But, we have two levels of driver in this country; Driver and Advanced Driver.
Surely everyone should be taught up to the advanced level?
Wouldn't this make sense?

firstly whos gonna fund something as expensive as that and secondly half the country would probably fail the advanced driving test
