Never, from the time she fessed up on the classical music scene, if you want an excellent opera singer, try Renee Fleming.

don't remember Katherine Jenkins the singer being in doctor who, but then i dont watch it much. I know that catherine tate was in it for a time

yeah she was, katherine jenkins was in it quite recently, anyway as i said she is a good actress and singer and at least she has proper talent

i reckon that true. But i can't stand the warbling woman, give me Maria Callas, as said Renee Fleming, Angela Gheorgiou, Dame Joan Sutherland any day of the week.

along with Kiri te Kanewa, she is one of the biggest stars of the opera world. love her to bits.
