Who was the guy in FGTH 'Relax' video who was wearing the schoolboy cap and holding a banana. I've just seen a snippet of the video, and just thought the same as I did when the video came out - that guy really looks like he'd rather be somewhere else!

He probably did. 3 of the band were straight and were not comfortable with the video at all so probably thought the same!

The group was fronted by Holly Johnson (vocals), with Paul Rutherford (vocals, keyboards), Peter Gill (drums, percussion), Mark O'Toole (bass guitar), and Brian Nash (guitar).
Paul Rutherford and Holly Johnson were definitely gay and would have enjoyed caressing a banana in their mouths,. I don't think it was the drummer so it would have been Mark or Brian.
I loved Frankie and had their first two albums

I remember seeing FGTH performing Relax on the Tube ( remember that ) just before it was released on record, they were performing live, it was rubbish and nothing like the version that they released on record.

He was the energetic dancer, however he isn't dead, he is alive and well and living in New Zealand.

I think that he is/was an actor rather than a band member. I'm sure that I've seen him in something else, which was the reason I posted the question - I want to have a "so that's what I've seen you in" moment!
