Boy Album - U2

Who is the boy on the front of the boy album by U2? and is he the same boy that is on the front of the war album??

He was Peter Rowen, the younger brother of a guy called Guggi, who was a member of what was called The Village - it comprised Bono, Larry and Edge from U2, Plus many of the Virgin Prunes + other people from the Dublin music scene. It is the same boy on War. When it was first released in the US, there were apparently fears that the cover was something to do with kiddie fiddling... Some people really have too much time on the hands, don't they?
