Steely Dan's track Black Cow, on the Aja album, features the line 'Take your big black cow and get outta here'. Now who, or what, is a black cow?

Just checked and it's "Drink your big black cow". So what sort of drink is it? A milk shake?

It's an alcoholic concoction made of 1/2 pint Guiness, a shot of Kahlua (which is a Mexican coffee liqueur) and 1/2oz of Baileys.
