Video had the end of the world in it

Good evening,
Am trying to remember a music video that was set in the centre of a town / city. There was an egg timer that was running down as people were running around in true, pre-apocolyptic fashion. The lead singer of the band was walking about, just singing the tune, completely unphased. When the egg timer ran out everyone braces themselves but nothing happens. The singer just turns it over and everything begins again.
I thought it was maybe a band like Keane or snow patrol but for the life of me, I can't remember it.
