This is a crossover between music and film.

I was listening to Desmond Decker  - Shanty Town tonight. The lyrics go, "oh-oh-seven,...oceans eleven" ...anyone know what  "oceans eleven" reefers to? is it the same as the Ocean's Eleven film?

According to one of the lyric sites on the web it actually goes "At ocean eleven".

Don't know is the real answer to your question though!

I just happened to read today that the film "Ocean's Eleven" was a remake of a 1960's bratpack movie, which would tie in with time of the Desmond Decker song, so I guess it's just a film reference as is the 0-0-7.
