I think my home town would be a Labour vote (usually is), not for me this time though ..
There was only us there when we popped down about midday. Mind you, we are in the sticks.
Constant flow into ours which for the first time was moved into the church. The same church we were married in. Hopefully that will be a good sign.
It’s usually empty when I go at about 10 am. Today there was someone leaving as I arrived, two in there so I had to wait about 5 seconds to go in one of the two booths and someone arriving as I left. Quite busy compared to the usual.
I am also in a small village, one man and 2 dogs came in as I was on the way out. Quite normal, only time there has ever been a queue was for the referendum

Big turnouts in some places. I’ve never seen queues like that, but I do live in a village.

They're all in London, Clover? The results there will be interesting.
tambo, its been posted at least three times....
A small queue up here at dinnertime (midday).

I can’t remember which side a high turnout is supposed to help.

The Metro newspaper has several photos of very long queues forming, saying some people gave up.
dead as a doornail at midday - and the pub was open...no one in there either.
Quiet when OH voted c. 10 a.m.. By the time I got there at 11.45 the tellers reported that they were being kept busy. There were several people and a Labrador in there and others arriving as I left. We have about 280 registered voters, so a good turnout.
We did our postal vote a couple of weeks ago. Even if we hadn’t we’d have braved the nasty weather today and done the deed.
