The International Criminal Court says it's examining evidence that Colonel Gaddafi ordered mass rapes to be carried out by his troops and also bought drugs to encourage them to attack women opposing his regime.

I wish they would take him out completely and by any means

If true, and of course there may well be some propaganda in the story, he should be ousted in whatever way. However why didn't the west intervene when people in Rwanda were raped and slaughtered, but the politicians largely turned a blind eye. Now we go marching into Libya all guns blazing, yet only a short while ago, there were photo ops with Blair, Ken Livingstone, George Galloway all sucking up to the man, and im sure there were plenty of other too.
