28 months in jail for an accident?
What do you think about this? Did he deserve to go to prison, or is losing his driving career enough of a punishment?

an accident is knocking the accelorator instead of brakes. But the witness statements say that he was revving the engine hard and took off at speed, therefore from a still position he would not have been wanting to brake would he?
a very sad story and tbh i think he probably did require a prison sentence
