or not again. More disruption planned, why do they do this in the festive season when many are trying to home to see their loved ones.

looks like will have to check the trains, ho ho hum
cos that's when it has the most impact
this is the third year in a row. no other train service operates on boxing day, so i don't know why they don't just plan to shut the network and be done with it. after all, parking in central london is free on boxing day.
They are just plain greedy. Sack the lot of them.
try the Cross Country Rail service, or lack of it, they are going out on the 21st. How convenient. Barstewards.

so that spoils it for many who come here to do shopping in the sales on Boxing day. That in turn has an impact on all the retail industry. It deprives families bringing their children in for shows, and any number of treats.
It also disrupts people who work on boxing day, so not right to shut the system down is it?

and there will be parking restrictions according to various sites i had a look at. Driving in the capital isn't always a good idea, as to the strike, it isn't just the tube as far as i can see.
If millipede gets in then you had better get used to it, his union mates will want to run the country.
well thats exactly the point isnt it!

no point in striking if no-one cares.

it is the best way to up their leverage - the company dont want to lose custom on one of their biggest and busiest days - so are more likely to give in the their demands
