Ball Boy Well Out Of Order
I am not a Chelsea fan but, having watched the ball boy incident from last nights match against Swansea, I feel very strongly that it's the ball boy and not the player who should be severely disciplined. Surely the ball boys job is to return the ball to the field of play as quickly and easily as possible. That kid was clearly trying to keep the ball from Chelsea to assist Swansea. ban him from football for life, I say. You?

The footballer is an adult and should have put the situation into the hands of the match officials, if it had been a policeman taking such action, there would have been cries for his sacking.

Let's not get it all out of context, this was hardly a sustained attack on an 8 year old, the lad was out of order, he knows it, his Dad knows it, the footballing world knows it.
Hazard obviously caught him whilst trying to kick the ball form underneath him and is obviously sorry for his foolhardy actions.
As it stands though, the lad has a promising career in either Hollywood, Serie 'A' or if matters continue as they do, the Premier League.

Hasard deliberately kicked him - that's obvious. Additionally, it wasn't up to him to retrieve the ball.
Sending off was the correct decision. Ball boy's actions were out of order but probably no worse than similar questionable time wasting incidents by ball boys and players alike.
As for rolling around on the ground feigning serious injury I wonder where he got that from?
Both were in the wrong. They've both apologised, that should be that

If you do a search you will find that there is plenty of footage from people right by the incident who took footage on their phones from another angle which clearly show Hazard was trying to kick the ball from under the ballboy, but unfortunately that doesnt suit the mainstream meedjia .
This little chav was on twitter before the game saying he was going to time waste.
but as usual the spineless idiots that collectively are know as the FA will take no action against Swansea.
anybody else impressed by the writhing around in agony...wonder where he got that from ?!

Hazard did not punch the ball boy davethedog, he kicked the ball from under him. This ball boy is not a kid by the way, he's 17 years old so almost an adult.
He deliberately time wasted and was bragging about doing so on Twitter, Swansea should get some sort of punishment for allowing this to happen.

The lad was a tw-t and should be punished - if there is any hint of the club having instructed the ballboys to procrastinate, then they should feel the full force of the FA.....a rematch?
Hazard was a tw-t too and should have walked away to complain to the linesman and get him to contact the ref about adding on the time. However, the heat of the moment. Standard red card treatment is a sufficent punishment.
