Surely his right to family life requires his partner(s) and his children to be sent to Jordan with him - he has used the European Court to his advantage for so long - let HMG play the same game.

Not at all - it is to provide him with his rights to family life which requires his family to be with him. I cannot see the day when this person will ever again be admitted to the UK so therefore we would be complying with the european dictat and thereby allowing him to enjoy the company of ALL his family.

If we introduced a law stating that anyone who is deported from this country will be accompanied by his family, I wonder if it would make any difference to the offender’s choice of behaviour? Just musing.
