Cant say I am suprised....cant say that I care!!
What a shame....
Not surprising. I think they would have done extraordinarily well to keep him harm free whilst on remand however hard they tried.

Nothing trivial I hope!
Shame they only knocked two teeth out! At least he's alive.
You never know, they might learn by their mistakes and do some real damage next time.
So was he being kept in "general population" (sorry I realise this is a U.S phrase but you get what I mean)??
I think if so, this was predictable, yet at the same time there would be outrage if he was given isolation or a seperate wing as they do with sex offenders in most prisons to prevent them coming to any harm or "vigilante attack"
Ho hum
That's no surprise.
There's more to this than meets the eye,I reckon.
There's a large moslem 'gang' in Belmarsh.
Lucky for him it's Ramadan, won't need to use those gnashers too much anyway.
ah well. there you go.
It's as little early to be singing "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth"; however, your health service will probably provide them.
I'm intrigued by Svejk's answer. What are you thinking, Svejk?
There are proportionately more Muslims in prison that in the general population (not Arab, this would be Indian or as they say now Asian )

and they tend to form gangs.

what did you think Schweik meant ?

Considering remanding a prisoner costs us an arm and a leg - yes I would expect him to be protected.

In Manc, they say there is a contract out to get Cregan ( = cop killer)'s other good eye. 20k if you wanna do it. No this is not an offer - I am just repeating the Manc Evg News item on it.
The screws might have engineered a situation where he was seperated from his fellow Jihadists, where he'd be protected, and in the company of ordinary criminals.
'no arrests have been made '' no witnesses then ?
Hi Naomi. It might be a bit strong to say radical islamists run the place. But I don't think anyone could have 'got to him' without some collusion from the moslem 'gang'.
With a couple of gnashers under his pillow, he had better be wary of the fairies.
