Why did the armed police not shoot to kill the suspect who was weilding a knife near the poor woman, same with Lee Rigby, why not shoot to kill, after all, us tax payers will now have to keep this scum in prison at the cost of about £1000 a week plus millions spent on the trial!! Mark Duggan plus the Brazilian chap who was mistakenly shot dead, plus others, were not spared the same fate! Again I ask, why not shoot to kill?

No, imagination not running riot, the corbyloon, I've known of 'D' notices being used at least twice to cover up incidents. All I did was to question. As I have since posted, it sounds like a domestic loony and I wait for more information.

The victim has been named as 82-year-old Palmira Silva. The man who killed her had been seen walking down the street sawing a cats head off before going into the house of the victim.

The usual outcome is that it'll be a man with mental-health problems who has fallen between the cracks of the mental-health Services and has taken himself of his meds.......
