Not really a big difference DTC. Both have been found not guilty of murder in a court of law yet large sections of the general public in various countries believe both are indeed guilty of murder.
Either way, both are percieved to have 'got away with it'.
Furthermore DTC, consider this:
The second appeal trial of Knox and Sollecito began in September 2013, with Knox remaining in the US. On January 30, 2014, the court returned guilty verdicts, sentencing her to 28 years in prison.
I've a feeling she'll not be returning voluntarily to Italy to serve her sentence.
