Britain First - Paul Golding

Appears at court today but what of the charges he faces? The 'uniform' charge is bizarre to say the least. Short video in the link where Golding outlines the situation.

mikey, the mosque is being built on a car park adjacent to the station, which is a key commuting point for workers in London. as well as the loss of that facility, the local council has arranged a deal with the train company for the mosque to block-buy nearly 80 spaces in their own car park. thus aside from the disruption of the building work itself, the resultant...

Quite a non sequitur from the OP to the Best Answer, agchristie!
Is it a coincidence that a direct line of decent can be drawn from "the" National Front through "the" BNP to Britain First, and that you refer to Britain First as "the BF"?
It the answer is "Yes" then watch out for typos. They're easily made (as my "Faecbook" showed last night), so you need to be careful when referring to "the BF" - "B" is right next to "N" on the keyboard and, although "the BF" doesn't scan and is therefore an odd thing to write, "the NF" does and so would look more like what you meant to write ...

Ellipsis - the thread has taken a number of twists and turns predictably.
It's not my style to pick people up on their punctuality, I leave that to others...

My assertion is based on several legal opinions I have taken myself. BF have taken a barrister's opinion and a couple of other legal firm's opinions including an independent one.
We are unlikely to know but a 'win' was highly guaranteed but there is no time to challenge it

As of 5 mins ago, there have been over 300 posts on this subject.
Who would have thought that out of that 300, there would be so few not supporting an openly racist and deeply offensive person like Golding and his equally offensive BF ? What far does our Far Right have to go, to lose support on AB ?
Supplementary question.....If Golding was still in the BNP and it was the BNP that were fielding a candidate in the forth-coming by-election, would there be so much support for him on here ?

After 300-odd posts I'm still not really sure of Ag's stance on this. I think the crux of her argument is that the law is the law and should be afforded to each British citizen regardless of their political stance, which makes it look like she is a BF supporter. But it's taken an awful long time to establish that, if I'm anywhere near correct. But I'm still not sure
