We should not be afraid of Islam, as we shouldn't be afraid of any religion. Only a tiny minority of the followers of Islam are also terrorists. But I am sure that is obvious to most of us.
I am afraid of terrorists, period, whatever religion or political cause that they are committing outrages in the name of.

"What about te fairy tails of leprecauns, tooth fairies father christmas and other myths we teach our kids?"
I wasnt aware of those particular fairytales being used to control/subjugate/rule people with a fear of eternal damnation of one sort or another for not believing and the carrot of "heaven", 72 virgins or whatever other garbage is brainwashed into them if they do believe

// I might be wrong but isn't there some kind of religious holy day being celebrated soon for Muslims?
I noticed a some lights in a house recently and I know they won't have been Christmas lights //
6 christian countries celebrate Christmas day on 7th January (today). The house is probably the home of a greek or an eastern European.

I think it's only fair to hear what the muslims are saying of this atrocity. There doesn't appear to be many muslims here so I want to join a muslim forum to get a cross reference on what's being said. What is a good big british muslim website to join? Would it be best not to join in any conversations in case I anger someone who can then track me down? If I stay silent, would the site owners be able to see that I've joined and am remaining silent drawing suspicioun and possibly danger to myself?
tambourine summed it up perfectly.
This is indeed chilling.
It must've been planned well in advance, as the tweets only came out in the past 12 (so I believe).
This is a very dark day indeed...and I hope the French authorities catch these (insert pejorative term here), try them and lock them away forever.
Truly horrific.

I'm not like that normally so let alone me mocking them after this retrochic.
I might go on a muslim webste to hear their story and then join up to a far right website like stormfront to see what they're saying too although now thinking about it it could be dangerous to copy and paste what they say here in case they have a member here who then goes back to tell someone what I'm doing. Okay I'll just explain the basic gist of what's the word on the net here without giving my sources away, that would be safer wouldn't it?

// Henrietta - As you appear to be running scared if Islam and show some fear of standing up against them //
Easy to say from behind the anonymity of a made up identity. If religious extremists hacked into AB and found the real names and addresses of answerbank members, I wonder how many of you would be pleased?

Well there are police officers walking the streets of great Britain now Gromit and in uniform. Intelligence states that they are potential targets. They are not running scared just exercising extra caution and vigilance to protect us.
I am sure the gendarmerie are not running scared but hell bent on catching the murderers of their collegues.
