A humorous story Mikey; but needs to be spelled out in French letters.

Hans.
askyourgran....the National Farmers Union have come out in favour of STAY !

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-36078112
lol Hans !

Never thought I would be anti-EU but as NJ has said they appear to have no consideration for the rank and file public of the member states.
The EU are ( Angela in particular) courting a increasingly totalitarian state in Turkey. Say anything about Erdogan in Turkey you are in serious trouble, say it in somewhere like Germany and ... o' yeah you are in serious trouble. I find that off putting.

What do the remain camp say on the Turkey situation?
Or don't you care?
Talbot...I think that Turkey has a very long way to go before it can be accepted into the EU....its human rights record is appalling. But I shall still vote to Stay.
Any criticism of Germany and its führer ( perhaps some German speaker will provide me with the correct feminine form) is to be discouraged, and shortly will be made a capital offence.
mike do you think you are a little like the heroine in the silent movies? ( not that you are long lost for words mind ) You know chained to the railway lines but, when the hero unshackles her in the nick of time, decides to stay there anyway.
Mikey, /the National Farmers Union have come out in favour of STAY ! //

Why the euphoria? They voted to stay because farmers receive enormous subsidies from the EU - never acknowledging that their hand-outs are only part of what this country is obliged to contribute. Some celebration!
Out, think of the children.....
david small, they don't.
A very valid point, Naomi. One of the scare tactics used by the IN campaign is that only the older generation want out, with no thought for the younger generation. I posit that we ARE thinking of the younger generation, inasmuch that we can protect them from repeating the follies of their forebears.
Jackdaw, // I posit that we ARE thinking of the younger generation, inasmuch that we can protect them from repeating the follies of their forebears. //

Me too - but when I posted something similar recently it became clear that we who 'posit' are few and far between.
After reading New Judge's excellent 17:24 Mon 25th Apr 2016 post in support of the 'out' vote, could possibly still be uncertain which way to vote?

Me AOG, I'm voting in.
And me AOG !
Mikey did you read my post at 21:15 Mon. Obama has been over in Europe to push this trade deal,(and very cosy with Merkel he was). Wave goodbye to your NHS when American business gets a foothold in the EU health procurements horse trading.
Togo...I would have to agree with you over Americans and health procurement......the country is hardly a shining light when it comes to health care.
//the country is hardly a shining light when it comes to health care. //

To the shame of the medical profession, certainly not today!
Out.

We need to take back control of our country.
Stop the influx of foreigners. (Legal and illegal).
Stop unelected european bureaucrats making our decisions.
Stop paying money into Europe for the “privilege” of being a member.
Spend British taxpayers money on British people.
Bigbad......stop all "foreigners" ? Oh dear !
