I don't really understand this. UKIP is the only Party in Britain, who actually wants to come out of the EU. This is enshrined within its name, and its the only policy that UKIP has ever had.
So.... why is the "Vote leave" campaign so upset about Farage and Dave having a head-to-head on ITV ?
Could it be perhaps that Farage would actually turn people off the idea of leaving the EU ?
As I said on the other thread, it is ONLY due to UKIP that we are having a referendum at all! Boris only decided to support 'leave' at the last second as he thought it would be of more personal benefit to him. why do people NOT wish to be identified with Farage ?
the parallel would be asking Tories during the war - "o you are just like Oswald Mosley - tell me why arent you interned, someone pro German like you ?"

Then that would be a silly thing to say. Personally, Corbyn is all for getting out. His Party on the other hand is for staying. It would not be a good idea to pit Farage against Corbyn, because they would agree with each other.
/// I'm pretty certain it's his words that mostly put people off. ///
Who are these 'people' who Farage puts off?
From what I gather from other people, they are all for Farage, and has already said, if it wasn't for him the people of this country would not have a say in whether we want to rule ourselves or by the EU led by Germany and France, and we all know their track record.
Mr Cameron's scaremongering has become farcical. Any credibility he might have had on this issue has been lost. In a discussion with Farage he doesn't stand a chance.
But you said he is most eloquent by far, and although I am in the STAY camp, I am tending to agree with you. So why doesn't the LEAVE camp want him on the telly ?
Believe it or not, there are some really stupid people who instead of listening to what the man says and educating themselves a bit stick their fingers in their ears and say 'I don't like him'.
