It was a stupid remark from a rather unpleasant person, but it certainly doesn't conform to the definition of racism: "the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races."

1. Chukka comes over here like many of his type and thinks he should have some say in running our Army? Where did he serve? his old country has a reputation for suppression, remember the Ibos some years ago. This chukka needs to be chucked out, and the sooner the better
