He’s not actually going anywhere at the moment. He has resigned as leader of the party – he hasn’t resigned from politics. As for Mikey’s extraordinary claim that Mr Farage is a ‘failed ex-leader’, look at the result of the referendum, Mikey. Failed? I think not.
Anne...listen to what he has to say ::::
"I have never been, and I have never wanted to be a career politician"
Although that doesn't really explain why he tried so often and failed to get into the House of Commons !
But I must give him credit where it is due. He has said, many, many times, that his job will be complete when he had brought forward a Referendum on our EU membership. This he had a large part in bringing about, and now that we have voted to leave, he can see no reason to remain in politics, and so has resigned.
Not quite sure why he didn't do that on the morning of Friday 24th June though. He has obvious talents, and I presume that he now intends to go back into business full-time again.
Whether UKIP can survive without him remains to be seen.

Mikey, //he can see no reason to remain in politics, and so has resigned. //
He - has - not - resigned - from - politics ....
....he - has - resigned - as leader - of - UKIP.
I've spaced that out a bit in the hope that it might encourage you to try to understand what has actually happened - rather than remain wallowing in reveries of what you would like to have happened.

Yes Mikey, I know that, that's why I put "if".
I have asked EDDIE where he got the information from that NF has been told that he will not be taking part in the discussions of the terms of leaving the EU. If someone has said that I have missed it. I am just asking the question, I didn't say he should or shouldn't be involved. Neither EDDIE nor you have answered my question.

Ladybird....All I can see is that they wouldn't allow him to join the official BREXIT group, and nobody is queueing up to employ him in any capacity in the LEAVE negotiating Team.
Sorry if I didn't make that clear !
Perhaps somebody can unearth some real opposition to include Farage, instead of keeping him at arm's length ?
