I think the fact that Theresa May has appointed him foreign secretary should tell you that Boris is not the "bumbling idiot" some people seem to think...He is nobody's fool - what he does, is, he plays to whatever audience he has at the time...Do you honestly think he would have got the backing he got, for the PM job if he really was a buffoon - of course not...
I think people who continue to underestimate him, are the real idiots.
