He has done far more than Mandelson ever did to earn his peerage. Sacked from the cabinet twice!
Question Author
I hope so DB, we should have an elected upper house of 100, good enough for the septics and Senator Farage would win a seat easy.
TGT 19/32, Well he stopped the CON Party for ten years!
Lord Farage,.Whatever, he's still a creepy man.
Question Author
who is TGT? anyway he in effect became the Torys, first thing Blair did in 1997 was have a one to one with TGL herself. Labour cannot win unless they steal the Tories clothes. Recent elections have demonstrated that.
Gulliver, Nigel Farage did not shoot himself in the foot. FYI shooting yourself in the foot means inadvertently making a situation worse for oneself. Nigel knew exactly what he was doing.
Nigel Johnson, Boris Farage , same class, in it for themselves!.
Lord Whitecliff of Do Over has a nice ring to it. Plus put him in the "Lords" with all the faint hearted hand wringing Libs would be like a fox in a hen coop. Feathers would fly and a pecking party would be on the cards.
OMG, did I hear right on TV a few days ago Nigel Farage accusing some MPs as never ever had a real job, in the real world ?/
Like it TOGO.

Gulliver, you really come over as an ill informed person, maybe you should take a step back and do so homework before posting again, that way you may come up with something factual, although I have my doubts tbh.
Mission Accomplished!!!.

Sad to see that since I went off for my tea and listen to the Archers, the name callers have started. Typical.
Best not go off for tea again then Mikey lol
I might start a referendum to have him knighted as well, but i expect it will be contested. :-)

Dave.
Yes, Sir Nigel has a nice ring to it.
