No, you're right ummmm. Fortunately this block was empty, but I was wondering if they could be faulty or poor quality solar panels as there was with the cladding.That is if the fire was caused by them.

2) If Grenfell Tower had happened would this even be News? How many have happened over the years but received no coverage?
