anyone know what the removed post was? Presumably an SGB member.
Poorly disguised attempt to fool the filter.
My daughter and son-in-law voted leave and they are both under 35 and I know of many more under 35s who also voted leave!

TBH I don't know any under 35s that voted leave but I don't know many under 35s full stop!
Yoof feeling let down by the EU Referendum, decided to punish the old witch May, by voting for Corbyn in the the General Election.

Unfortunately, Corbyn is the only leader genuinely supporting Brexit, so their vote might have been misplaced. And poor old May, a lifelong Europhile and Remainer sees her majority culled by the young.

I blame Gove for producing a generation of political dummies who do not know their bumholes from their elbows.
I have to say that most younger people I have spoken to, voted to stay and most people voted to leave.

Not very scientific, I know, but that is my experience.
I was wondering where they got those statistics from. I don't remember age group on the voting paper. I only know two people who voted stay- both over 50.
I think they are going with guesswork, which wasn't exactly accurate before the vote.
Cable appears to be losing it more & more each day. Best not give him the air of publicity any more, at least not until he starts retaking whatever pills he's supposed to be on.
There is indeed no indication of age on the ballot box, nor were they sorted into different age groups when they were counted. I know because a close friend of mine was a counter.

Its all guesswork Pixie !
My daughter voted to leave...then regretted it when she saw the reactions to the outcome of her many European friends.
She could enlighten her many European friends about whatever it is that's concerning them.
Liberated but The you can't see it yet.

He is old himself but part of the elite so what he says should be read with an agenda.

The older Brexit voters were, by and far, actually thinking of the younger generations. Just because they are older or even just plain old doesn't mean they don't have the countries and therefore everyone who is or is to come, best interests at heart.

What he along with his ilk are saying is that only the young can be trusted to know what is best.

Years of experience only matter apparently if you think the same way as him!!
Cool.
'What he along with his ilk are saying is that only the young can be trusted to know what is best'

I don't think he's saying that at all. I think he's saying the young will have to live with the consequences of Brexit for far longer than the elderly.
If so then that is their good fortune. They can raise a glass to us wiser folk for many years to come.
That remains to be seen OG. I do hope you're right.
