I have said on here several times how I heard old people in the voting station queue saying to each other they were fed up with immigrants and were going to vote Leave. Then the next morning the young single mums in the Muslim run corner shop, all cheering and clapping when one of them told the shopkeeper ''We are getting out of Europe so all you immigrants will have to go home''
The story is 100% true and I was ashamed to hear such racism. I have been castigated on here for saying it and told I must have made it up. Unfortunately it was real and I did not make it up.

Eddie...well said.
I have also had the same experience, shamefully amongst some of my own immediate family, including the husband of one niece, that has been "unemployed" for 3 years, despite the many job offers that he has had....the job offers which were beneath him to take, because "he doesn't want to work with a lot of Poles"......his exact words, not mine.

eddie: "He is 100% correct in that it was lower educated / older people panicking over immigration that led to Brexit. " - the breathtaking arrogance of your superior Liberal, we know best, you're to thick to comprehend, popinjay never ceases to amaze me. Yes immigration was an issue but so many other things contributed too. We are sick of being told what to do by an un elected corrupt foreign power, sick of our parliament being subservient to EU officials, sick of our courts getting overruled, sick of the avalanche of ever more silly regulations and of course sick of paying for the privilidge of being under the EUSSR jackboot. Now that's BA mikey!
