It is not so surprising that people would not have changed their minds on how they would vote. To date, while the evidence is mounting that leaving the EU is not good for the economy, that argument was overridden by "sovereignty", "cost" and "immigration" anyway and those factors are still imponderables, or future attractions still to be dangled. Many who voted Remain will also have done so with litle enthusiasm - by no mean everyone on either side has the passionate convictions those on message boards do. Many will think "well, X was voted for, let's do X"
