The Head of the Hunt said; "It's magnificent that so many well-wishers make such a huge effort to get here to show their support."

Do you think it is "magnificent"? Are you a "supporter"?

Hazi....you still don't understand do you !

As you do not appear to know what a Meet is, I fear it would be unfair to overtax your brain by trying to explain to you, and given that you use 'testicles' as a form of insult I guess you are an 'Oick' at heart.

Togo; //The issue is purely about class hatred from what is just a mound of self righteousness.//

Total cobblers! I and all others here and elsewhere opposed to the cruel killing of animals for 'sport', are opposed also to hare coursing, cock and dog fighting, bear and badger baiting, none of which are carried out by 'Toffs'.
Khandro...award yourself BA !
Wasn't talking about Germany Khandro....... Britain you see, envy, and class sensitivity never can be, minds at their worst. They of course think at their best. :))
How are the Black Forest Bears doing?
Wow, Baldric.....I remember when a post like that would have been beneath you......something has changed.... :-(

Agree with Mikey.
Juhul....animal pelts are exported as trading with EU.
^ Really? All I remember of the hunts were that someone got the brush which was a trophy and the rest was binned.
I'm ambivalent about foxhunting as I've never see one, but I understand from film I've seen that the "tearing to pieces" is done in seconds by the pack which is ahead of the hunt and hardly anyone sees it, to enjoy or otherwise.
You're very mistaken there, Rob...
Have you ridden out with the hunt Gness?
Gn
Then I stand corrected - but with a huge pack of heavy hounds v an animal the size of a cat how long does it take?
Piece of string, Rob....it will depend largely on how "good" and experienced the whipper- in is.

237....I'm surprised my other posts haven't told you that riding with a hunt is not something I'd ever lower myself to do.....but I live very clost to the Pytchley Hunt....know folk who hunt....follow and one who breeds dogs for them.
Oh sorry. I thought you had first hand experience
I have knowledge, 237.....and as I'm sure you know, I don't need first hand experience to have a strong opinion about hunting any more than I need first hand experience of husband beating, murder and drink driving to have strong opinions about those.
/breeds dogs for them//

isnt that breeds hounds for them ?

Pedantic to my very last breath
yeah SJ - you dont have to see child murder to see that it is wrong !
Khandro ... just a reminder
