The question that must be asked is why being a member of this particular group is against the law, have they actually carried out any acts of terrorism?

Most acts of terrorism have been carried out in the name of Islam, yet being a follower of that group isn't unlawful.

They haven’t been arrested for their beliefs plainly (!)
NA is a shadowy group which we know had already targeted blacks and in particular Jews.
We don’t know what these people had planned but they’re classified as a terrorist group and presumably we ARE safer for their arrest.

I found this, very poorly concealed, at the end of the Link you gave in the OP.
