I briefly saw a bit on the news and he was saying he has said they will make the process quicker for both those allowed to stay and get rid of those that are not.

Which is fine. Obviously I don't know how all this works but if they are processed quicker there's is no need for any ' Calais jungle'. Wouldn't he then be solving the problem started by the EU!?

they should be sent to the place they landed...
You’re getting the Bayeux Tapestry tho : ungrateful lot -)
Question Author
that's nice......
It was not made in Bayeux and it is not a tapestry, which is a hanging carpet. It was woven in England and shipped over to the bishop of Bayeux, a relative of William I, who hung it in his cathedral.
So , let me get this correct now , after brexit all these immigrants. legal and illegal, will stop over night, and we can all live happily ever after , have I got this right?.
Question Author
gulliver not quite.. happy ever after rarely happens in real life. These migrants want to come to UK, and we are so no more, at least for now.
England was part of Normandy in those days :-)
If they arrive in England and later ask for political asylum, it should be refused straight away and they should be sent back as soon as possible, in the meantime they should be incarcerated in a camp seeing that our prisons are almost bursting at their seams.
Looks like the government is caving in to yet another demand; this time more subsidy for France's immigration control. UK taxpayer acting as cash cow for all. No doubt the threat not to control their immigrant problem will result in further future demands too, with us wanting to show we are for friendly cooperation whilst the other side of the channel smiles and grabs more money.

So, let me get this correct now, some are going to continue posting their own ridiculous strawmen claims in order to ridicule their own claim and hope some readers believe that they've made some kind of point ?
could the government not just pull out of french ports and use belgium or holland ? and these migrants are illegally in france, why are they not arrested for breaking the law and deported back to italy or their home countries.
