Are men becoming worse, or is it being reported more now?

From Hollywood, to the fashion industry, to sports, to Westminster, to television - in the past couple of years on an almost daily basis, we have been seen stories of men abusing their position - grooming, assaulting, raping, molesting and so on.

Is it because women are more likely to come forward (even those there are some who want them to be 'named and shamed' should their claim of assault/rape not be upheld), or something more insidious about men in the 21st century?

I find this sort of behaviour totally reprehensible but how is it any different from women going to shows to watch, grope and more on male strippers. At least proceeds were going to a good cause although this in no way excuses the mens behaviour.

is this about the fact of the girls being groped and harassed at that men only function last night, the girls told to wear skimpy outfits, i would have refused the job to be honest.

many of those like Great Ormond Street Hospital are going to give the money back apparently.
Others have pledged to do the same.

Crap...completely different. Male strippers encourage it, from what I've seen, these were waitresses, they were hired to serve drinks not to have hands put up their skirts.

You go to a female strip club and there's a no touching rule. There's a reason for that!

this charity event has been going 33 years, why have we only heard about this now. Have the women finally had enough and complained.

The thing about this - is that the girls have a choice
they dont turn up, they dont get paid and they don't get groped. job er done!

If the agency laid out in the terms of contract what was expected of the young women on the night then I'd agree with PP - let's see if they'll show that in print.
