I think everyone on here would agree with that, the trouble is, even with the 'moderates' whatever you do, whatever concessions you make, they always want more, and also these 'moderates' turn out when asked, to not condemn the atrocities carried out in their name.

An individual taking action legitimately is one thing - a government or government representative making antagonistic blanket statements to an entire section of the country is another.

They can have it, but not in Europe. There is no place in Europe for a religion which promotes the complete subjugation of women, the demonisation of homosexuality, the vilification of women who choose to dress “immodestly”, the indoctrination of children into its ways and the requirement for special courts to resolve matters which should be dealt with by the nation’s judicial system. All “peace loving” Muslims – including the “friendly and moderate” ones you mention, subscribe to these principles and, to a greater or lesser degree, denounce those, amongst whom they live, who do not support them. All of those principles are at total odds with those promoted in most European nations.

If any other large identifiable group subscribed to these principles they would be swiftly and mercilessly shot down. Instead Islam is cosseted and feted as if it is the second coming. Well the current wave is. It took the European nations 800 years to drive Islam out of Europe. Curiously even then – towards the end of the 15th Century – they became known as the “unassimilable community.” This time round it will not be quite so easy.

Are you saying that more people saying that it’s wrong and condemning that behaviour= the terrorists stop doing what they’re doing?

We have to remember the fear factor here, many living in terrorist nests fear for their and their families lives at publicly condemning terrorists, think Ireland and the ira and what happens to informers/ public condemners.

Would you living in a terrorist nest risk your life by public ally condemning those that rule your city/town with an explosive iron fist?

Many are even afraid to speak their minds here on this site do imagine the fear of death/ torture.

Hence why many use terrorist hotlines instead.
