Zacs, This ever-present urge to undermine/criticise/abandon Britain and British to whatever comes along never ceases to amaze me. Maybe I’m just not trendy or right on enough, but one thing I do know. You rarely appreciate what you have until you lose it so be careful what you wish for - and if that puts me on a par with aog in this instance, so be it. Looking at...

You are, of course, correct Danny.
Idiot.
///it would seem he has not shook off his African culture and honoured the country that took him in and educated him by adopting his chosen country's culture. ///

Are YOU for real or just a wind up merchant?

Where, exactly, have you got this nonsense from - point to one sentence in the article that backs your incredibly stupid comment up.

Oh yes your typical English City's Lord Mayor.

I wonder if his Mayoral transport is a Donkey?
As you seem to be conveniently ignoring my point.....If he's English, surely the 'culture' you talks about is his as well?
Magid Magid is using his one year term of office to put his take on things.

For some change is seen as refreshing, others see it as challenging all they hold dear - was ever thus.

I doubt he will frighten away any large Corporations and he certainly won't impact on Mr Trump's itinerary at all.

I hope the next incumbent suits you better.

/// So, describe our culture,
AOG. ///

Waste of time trying to describe our culture to a person who is not educated enough to be aware of it.
AOG //
I wonder if his Mayoral transport is a Donkey?
You offering to carry him around on your shoulders?
Zacs, Most people who come here bring their culture with them. He might have a piece of paper that says he’s a British citizen – but that doesn’t make him British, or English. You align yourself to him if you like, but I won’t. He’s an embarrassment.
I wonder if he has a picture of Edward Colston , hanging on the wall in his office
Colston, the Bristol-born English philanthropist, merchant, slave trader, and Member of Parliament.

I doubt it.
What's the definition of a British person ?
///I wonder if he has a picture of Edward Colston , hanging on the wall in his office///

Doubtful - but given the overt racism evident in several of the posts here there will be a number of copies available should he want to borrow one

Not his place as Lord Mayor to use his position to further his hate of President Trump, he should be working for the good of the City of Sheffield's citizens.
I'm sure he's multitasking.
Question dodged with a schoolboy answer again AOG. I keep telling you/////we can see through you.
I wonder if Prudie is around because Naomi has just written a classic non-sequitur.

Assuming that because I've said the Mayor is English, I agree with everything he says. Your logic is on a par with AOG's today, N.

Looking at the state of that 'Lord Mayor' and reading his claptrap, I'm more than happy with that.

Overt Racism????????????

Ah! I forgot he not only dresses up unbefitting his noble position as an English Lord Mayor but he happens to be black.

Well that certainly gives some the right to play the Racist card, now doesn't it?

I mean there are plenty of non white Lord Mayors that dress like Lord Mayors yet are never criticised over their dress sense, so I wonder why this one deserves the race card being played?
British? my April!
