When Legal Aid Scotland takes the £80,000 off her, I'll come back and admit I'm wrong.

The monies will be paid directly to her legal team, who will then pay the relevant disbursements (i.e. repaying the Legal Aid) *before* Miss M sees a penny.

It's hardly the finer points of Scots law is it? It's not as if the link is to a convoluted Act wrapped up in complex legal phrases is it?
