Whomever the officer in charge was, he / she should know better than to allow the soldiers in her charge to be filmed in this manner.

The large number of soldiers cheering and so on rather knocks a large hole in your defence that they don't know who 'Tommy Robinson' is. Would you cheer for a complete stranger in a car park?

As I have already pointed out, the officer in charge should have prevented this from happening, not because it is 'Tommy Robinson' but because the MOD don't allow its soldiers to monkey about in car parks for the amusement of strangers filming them - for reasons I have explained at length.
