Official survey shows that Leave voters far more likely to believe in the daftest conspiracy theories (like an Islamic conspiracy to take over Europe!)

Maybe Churchill, too, ignored inconvenient questions, like actually reading the original Guardian article which was about the huge number of Brexit voters who ALSO believe in the barmier conspiracy theories.

Not about whether Brussels is a good or a bad institution, which is another debate, for another thread, and nothing to do with believing that Elvis is alive and living on the moon (or whatever).

Already answered Friday@18:36. Now do keep up, and remember a few splenetic lines are not a substitute for considered or constructive thought.
Do you want to talk about one of "the daftest conspiracy theories...an Islamic conspiracy to take over Europe", Bainbrig?

You've accused other posters of ignoring the dotty notions in your article. In this instance I would have thought ihat the basic facts of history and the religious texts themselves would prove that dominating the world was not a conspiracy, but a stated aim of the Islamic faith.

I'm not suggesting, of course, that physical violence is the only method the Islamist aggressors will use.

What think you about that, then?

Vetuste. I see more evidence for right-wing take-overs of ‘soft’ sites like this one, where a range of articulations, from the ‘learned’ at your end to the moronic at the other, bat around the anti-Islamic ball and try and spread a dangerous and wicked message.
I oppose - stop,- I hate Islam for exactly the same reason as you oppose/hate Nazism, Bainbrig.

You do hate Nazism, don't you?

So before you accuse me of being wicked (which I might well be) you might care first to ask me what I think Islam and Nazism have in common.

This is a useful question to ask because when I answer it there are so many people on this site who are brighter, better educated and more knowlegable than me who will explain patiently and convincingly why I'm an ignorant bigot.
