There is no way May and by association the Conservative party any good.
She has damaged their reputation and nothing she does now will change that.
Even if she were to get the best deal in the world she is damaged goods and a millstone round the parties neck.

And so the omnishambles rumbles on.
It was always going to be a pointless exercise, and an inevitable defeat.
I assume the vote is posponed rather than cancelled. So her deal will be voted down eventually. Then Plan B will suddenly be on the table, but there is no certainty that MPs will accept that either.
May will have to resign/be removed. Then a process of electing a new Tory leader from the dross available will delay things further.
I’m guessing we will ask for an extension to the 29 March deadline, and the EU will grant it.
I would not be surprised if a General Election and a rerun referendum do not figure in next years timetable also.

The majority of Conservative MPs do not want to Leave the EU. Ditto Labour and the sprinkling of LibDems.
The political stalemate can only be broken by asking the people again, whether by a General Election or a Stay referendum a la 1975.
The shambles has nothing to do with Corbyn, it is of the Government’s own making. And Corbyn hasn’t really milked the Government disarray like he could have done. Rather than make matters worse, he has largely done little Opposing. Corbyn is probably more guilty of being a poor Oppostion than being a political opportunist.

Plan B, Naomi is stick our heads in the sand and let the EU kick our backsides till we bleed.
After that whoever is in power will crawl over broken glass to be either be let back in, stay in or beg for scraps.
Not one of them will have the guts to do what they were mandated to do by the 2016 referendum.
The UK will then be the sad and pathetic place the remainers wanted us to be.
