The EUSSR gets most of its intelligence from GCHQ anyway so they'll be the ones losing out. Why does leaving the EUSSR mean we cannot share info on the bad guys??

could be togo, they certainly seem to be getting ever more desperate.
all I know is that I haven't eaten Brussels over Christmas as a means of support to Brexit and it will continue into the N-Year....now I was hoping for a White Christmas too and had to accept opening a bottle of red, so I guess this is the same.

It never ceases to amaze me that it's the Remain supporters who get tagged with the fearmongering label. Who was it that relentlessly banged on and on about the danger of UK being swamped by immigration - the Brexit supporters of course, trying to give rise to FEAR of epidemic proportions. Hypocrites all.
Think about it 3T. They know that the people who voted leave are not scared or afraid of going it alone. But they are concerned that more and more people, the length and breadth of mainland Europe may start to realise that there is nothing to fear. The constant drip, drip, drip, is for...…..well the drips. Clinging on to nurse for fear of something worse. Oh and the unelected idle Eurocrats that are doing very nicely , thanks for asking, may have to put a shift in now and again when it goes pear shaped for them.
It’s been a sick joke for years so I don’t see how anything will change.

How many violent criminals and convicted murderers have been unmasked once they’ve committed crimes here and their full criminal history has subsequently been brought to light?

canary: " Who was it that relentlessly banged on and on about the danger of UK being swamped by immigration " - well it ain't the VB is it mate, they hate the country and cannot understand why anyone wants to live here and thus are grateful when we are chosen by economic migrants.
If we want somebody extradited, it's because we want to try them for a crime they committed here ...

extradite
verb
hand over (a person accused or convicted of a crime) to the jurisdiction of the foreign state in which the crime was committed.
If Europe want to keep hold of a known criminal then they are welcome to them, more fool them.one would think they would want rid of them though wouldn't you.
I don't believe you really think it's OK for people to run off to the EU to escape justice here.
Here are a few more sage warnings from the EUSSR mouthpieces from 2018. Bless.
I can almost see them twisting in the wind.

Britain Would Run out of Clean Drinking Water.
The NHS Would Run out of Essential Medicines.
Cheese to Become an “Occasional Luxury”.
“Brexit Threat to Sandwiches”
( That's a cheese butty out then)
Britain Could Run out of Mars Bars “Within Weeks”.
Planes Will Be Banned from Irish Airspace.
We’ll All Catch Super-Gonorrhoea .
Almost More Damaging than the Second World War”.
( to Germany maybe)
Remember these lines, that are stolen from a grown up site that I sometimes visit.

""Globalism is a malign ideology, totalitarian in effect and execution. The aim is a world with no borders and one central administrative government regulating every aspect of public and private life. It is about the dismantling of everything we know to be true and real and replacing it with lies and delusions.
The globalist world is created and run by a self-selecting elite who frequently use the power of money to achieve their aims, whether through bribery or otherwise. Those who refuse to participate are to be deceived, re-educated, intimidated or silenced if they continue to resist. Such issues as national security and love of country are dismissed as quaint old-fashioned notions that no longer apply..
Globalism has at it's heart an evil & narcissistic desire for power and control, it is about the destruction of the individual and the submission of populations for profit to a global elite of the powerful and wealthy. Needless to say the EU and UN are central to the globalist dream""

A deal relies on cooperation and mutual respect. All you have for the EU is contempt and hatred. I am so pleased that nothing you say matters.
A deal relies on cooperation and mutual respect.

Yes. That’s true. But unfortunately the EU doesn’t respect the UK enough to want to be on good terms with it.

But tbh no deal is doable while still inside either in entirety or in BRINO. Because in either case the EU will not allow anyone to be better off. Macron has publicly stated he will block any deal or final exit with the May deal, that does not allow access to our fishing waters.

Once out in entirety we are not dependent on appeasing the EU for our bread and butter. We get our negotiating arm back and can do a mutually beneficial deal.
Having a trade deal or not really should not affect sharing of data on criminals. Other countries outside the EU do it so there is no problem unless you want it to be.

And therein lies the problem. The EUSSR are out to punish us, they have said so. Being the type of people they are they will bite their own noses off to spite their faces. This could become a problem to them because, much as leavers in the UK do, many Europeans are not keen on the EU intuition and we are seeing the seeds of discontent starting.

As TTT and others say, if they dont want to extradite known criminals then fine keep them. I strongly suspect though the countries having to keep them wont be so keen on the idea as the EUSSR intuition.
youngmafbog ‘Having a trade deal or not really should not affect sharing of data on criminals’ it’s the whole ‘deal’ we’re discussing, not just trade.

many Europeans are not keen on the EU intuition. Did you mean intervention? Institution, perhaps?

‘ wont be so keen on the idea as the EUSSR intuition’. Again, did you mean institution?

Doing a fine job of supporting your pal, there. Carry on. Carry on. Top job.

There was a time when the police service was above politics. How times have changed.
