This case relies upon Robinson’s assertion that the boy (the victim) had first attacked a girl (and therfore the attack he then received was justified).

The attack on a girl seems to be made up. There isn’t any evidence that an attack took place, and so the supposed retribution is also false.

What is already established, is that the older boy had been reading and retweeting Robinson’s provacative Tweets prior to him beating the carp out of the young refugee.

If Robinson disputes that, he must provide evidence that the victim had earlier attacked the girl. If he can provide evidence then the defamation case will fail. Robinson likes to style himself as a journalist, so this will be a test of his standards.

Where TR is concerned there is always lie and counter lie. Perhaps time for a Court to uncover the truth once and for all.

But either way, as AH has pointed out earlier. TR will come out of this smelling of roses as far as his supporters are concerned.

Well a lot of ties have been broken from tommy and the EDL but considering he started the things then meh i dano.. Also you know he popular in certian football clubs for leading them into battle (firm fights) with other football clubs?
