Why is agent Cob not expelling this Extremist? Perhaps he is in agreement with his views.

Trouble at Bank... caught in a double bind

Certainly does look like COB has some sympathies.

A bigger question is why the washing machine salesman was judging him - hardly a pillar of society is he?
"It was Keith Vaz - a former minister who is not seen as politically close to Mr Williamson - who had the pivotal vote.

He is now calling the process into question and suggesting the whole thing could be re-run ..."

Must be the zeitgeist, eh ?
Maybe they thought the right noises had been made and no one would notice if Williamson crawled back in a few months down the line.
meeanwhile the Tories have downgraded their independent inquiry into Islamophobia. Whether people are allowed to hate you depends what sort of Semite you are and which party you're in.

naomi here's the gist of it: " the party that's done more to stand up to racism is now being demonised as a racist bigotted party. ...etc but it's our own fault because we have been too apologetic", he then claims they have done more to address anti semitism than any other party
Thanks TTT.
"Maybe they thought the right noises had been made and no one would notice if Williamson crawled back in a few months down the line." naomi

No, he was just too much of a danger to the fifth columnists

16/03/2018 - "Williamson added: “I have been advocating for a long time now for mandatory re-selection."

9th July, 2018 - "If we truly believe in fighting inequality, we have to embrace empowerment in our own party. Not as some sickly PR exercise, but because democracy is the ends and the means of our movement.
That is why over the summer I will be touring constituencies up and down the country alongside a brilliant band of Labour Party democrats. Our Democracy Roadshow will be speaking with members who have invited us to discuss how to enhance their democratic right to shape the direction of the party."

Can't have too much democracy, eh?
This is the type of stuff that Corbyn supporters are putting out on social media at the moment. Genuine quotes below from stuff I've received..

//
Labour party members.

Purge fortnight has started.
You have until 6pm on monday 8th july to nominate a rival candidate and get rid of your Blairite scab MP now.

Please share widely. If you are heartily sick of your constituency Labour MP constantly sniping at Corbyn, now is your chance to get rid of them.

..it is essential that every Labour party member reading this blog acts NOW to try to get rid of those dreadful Blairite MPs.

PMSL (to coin a phrase).
